Farmers and rapeseed producers Hugues and Liliane Hochart transform part of their harvest into extra virgin, cold-pressed oil for seasoning and cooking.
This oil is rich in Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and one of the lowest in saturated fats, thus helping to lower cholesterol. It is available in 25cl and 50cl bottles in local grocery stores and supermarkets. The shop is open every second Saturday of the month from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
