À propos

Mixed farming/livestock farm; Nicolas and his family produce 11 different crops: potatoes, onions, beetroot, chicory, wheat, barley, corn, peas, alfalfa, field beans and miscanthus.
They also manage ostrich farming from start to finish: from incubating the eggs to marketing the meat.
Séverine, Nicolas’ wife, manages the farm’s two retail outlets, the administration and the vending machine.
