The story of the Nortkerque campsite begins in the late 1960s, when the need for a return to nature was already being felt. Frédéric’s father, the current manager, gradually transformed his farm into a campsite for city dwellers seeking a back-to-nature experience. Today, this campsite, nestled in the fields, boasts a common room with a terrace, a pétanque court, and a children’s play area. At “Relais de la Palme,” the 88 pitches are reserved for mobile homes belonging to owners who appreciate the tranquility of this family-run campsite. Short-stay pitches are available for cyclists. The Véloroute 5 cycle route is just a few meters away.
Bonus: The adjoining café is open to everyone, whether you’re staying at the campsite or not. You can watch many football matches, a passion of Frédéric’s.
“Our guests appreciate the authenticity, the peace, and the tranquility,” says Frédéric.
